Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. All domestic orders (contiguous United States) will receive free standard shipping. Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs. We now offer international shipping through our Etsy shop, Melissa Colson Studio! Processing Time
Every art print is made specially for you! We do our best to print your order within 5 - 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. When placing an order, please add 5 - 7 business days processing time to your selected method of shipping. We promise they'll be well worth the wait!
Returns
We're so confident that you're going to love your items that we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@melisssacolson.com with your order number so that we can find a solution. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift cards, downloadable products, and sale items are not eligible for returns. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, pillow inserts cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if you received an incorrect product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are exchanging your item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are only refundable if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect product. If you are returning your for any of these reasons, we will email you a shipping label so you will not have to pay shipping costs to return the product to us.
Trade partners have a $20 restocking fee per item.
We suggest ordering swatches as colors may look slightly different in print depending on your monitor settings. Also, due to the nature of our printing process, slight die lot variations in color are possible. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you. We're always happy to exchange an item if you're unhappy with the variation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
